<p style="PADDING-BOTTOM: 0px; LINE-HEIGHT: 24px; MARGIN: 6px="6px"  0px; PADDING-LEFT: 0px; PADDING-RIGHT: 0px; FONT-SIZE: 14px; PADDING-TOP: 0px">鞭打式发力无论是王励勤还是孔令辉他们都在追求一种鞭打式发力的方法拉弧圈,只不过王励勤的爆发力(击球力量,更优于其他选手)所谓鞭打式发力是以腰跨作为向前发力的一个支撑点,在击球一瞬间,腿部撑住腰跨,有肉眼看不见的一个暂停,形成一个稳固的支撑点,使手臂得以发力更优化。拉弧圈必须用手腕,现在的弧圈是撞击和摩擦的组合,手腕触球的弹击成分多,摩擦成分少,这个球就比较爆。反之球就比较转!手腕动作要强调力量从食指中指传递到拍子的击球部位,而不是从手掌心传递,食指和中指兼有控制方向的功能,为了控制低弧线因此也就出现手腕向里钩的现象。你们可以仔细观察著名乒乓运动员的弧圈分解图,注意他们的腰跨动作和手腕动作。老瓦就是先从侧面像要搂人一个大嘴巴子那样,把球搂住,然后向前SNAP,即在接触球的那瞬间用爆发力在包住球的基础上收甩。球不是被擦走的,而是边搂边摩兜走的(打磨)。快触球的时候大臂好像被锁住了,前臂刷的一下像鞭子一样向前抽甩。外观上是向前敬礼到额前,敬到不能再向前敬为<br/>&nbsp;</p></div></li>
