　　北京队的丁宁缺阵。郭焱在首盘以11比7、11比6、11比5直落三局轻取鄂尔多斯队的赵岩，北京队以1比0领先。第二盘朱雨玲以3比2(11比7、11比9、5比11、5比11、7比5)险胜北京队的曾尖，鄂尔多斯队追成1平。
　　双打比赛中，李天一/盛丹丹以11比9、11比4连下两城击败鄂尔多斯队的赵岩/朱朝晖，北京队2比1再度领先。
　　第四盘是两队一号主力的比拼，朱雨玲以3比2(7比11、16比14、5比11、11比7、7比3)险胜郭焱，鄂尔多斯队又追成2平。决胜盘中，盛丹丹以2比1(11比6、9比11、7比4)击败张蔷，北京队以3比2险胜。鄂尔多斯队遭遇两连败。

　　武杨和陈梦继全运会团体决赛后再度相遇，这一次武杨成功复仇，她以3比1(11比9、5比11、11比8、11比3)获胜，大同队以1比0领先。第二盘李晓丹也表现不俗，她以12比10、11比6、11比8连下三城击败山东队的一号主力李晓霞，大同队把总比分扩大为2比0。
