<p><font size="3">草鱼肉、盐、料酒、黑胡椒、鸡蛋、淀粉、面包糠、橄榄油</font></p>
<p><strong><font size="3">二、做法:</font></strong></p><font size="3">
<p>1、鱼肉去除主刺。</p>
<p>2、鱼肉切成四方形小块,加盐、料酒和黑胡椒碎腌制10分钟。</p>
<p>3、鱼肉用淀粉拌匀,鸡蛋打散在碗中,把鱼块沾上蛋液再放在面包糠上,让面包糠沾满鱼肉。</p>
<p>4、锅中倒入橄榄油,油热至六成时,放入鱼块,炸至面包糠微黄时捞出沥干油即可。</p></font>

<p>1、鱼块加入干淀粉如果太干,可加少许水。</p>
<p>2、火不用开太大,中小火即可,鱼肉很容易熟。</p>
<p>3、鱼肉厚的话,可切花穗,炸后就为鱼花。</p>
<p>4、可加入少许泡打粉,可增加酥脆感。</font><font size="3"></font>&nbsp;</p>
