<div class="line info="info" f-aid"><span class="grid-r realname-time"></span></div>首先是看似运动量很小的运动，但是其实这项运动会很快散发热量出汗。首先训练了打球人的思维性如发球落点，球发的长短，以及反应速度猜测对方回球的线路及球的旋转。在其次是心理，在短时间内判断对方使用的战术，和自己在关键球时候使用得分的手段。我想还有一个人的自信心，抗干扰性，总而一句万事相通，锻炼有益。</div>
