<p> 昨晚记者了解到，当足协领导把国家队的问题摆给卡马乔时，卡帅也意识到自己在中国队主教练位子上很难再干下去了，同意走人。但是对于双方提前解约的条件，目前尚无消息。据悉，重庆力帆有意聘请卡马乔。同时，国足<a class="wt_article_link" href="http://weibo.com/u/1892463935?zw=sports" target="_blank">[微博]</a>主帅将暂时由国内教练代理，外教亦将很快到位。</p>
<p> <strong>高层恼火发狠话足协连夜谈解约</strong></p>
<p> 国足“6·15惨案”不仅引发了全民关注，而且让高层领导很是恼火。正是在高层领导“快刀斩乱麻”的一声令下，足协紧急召开了教练员会议。有舆论认为，这实际上是对卡马乔能否继续留下来的全面“拷问”。据内部人士透露，教练员们在会上直言卡马乔的不足，促使足协下定决心换掉卡马乔。在卡马乔下课已成定局的形势下，剩下的问题便是如何与卡马乔谈解约的事宜。</p>
<p> 昨天下午，以张剑、于洪臣为首的足协领导主动与卡马乔的经纪团队坐在了一起，这实际上也是给卡马乔一个台阶下。同时参与这次洽谈的，还有出资方万达方面的领导。</p>
<p> 昨晚在接受采访时，一位知情人表示，“<strong>谁也没有想到会有今天，但本着好合好散的原则，足协希望与卡马乔在谈解约时能够顺利一些。但话说回来，毕竟卡马乔身后有一个庞大的团队，谈解约也要考虑到多个方面的利益。这也是足协方面之前必须要想到的。</strong>”</p>
<p> 直到昨晚10点，双方的谈判才结束。据了解，卡马乔已经同意走人，但谈判的具体细节外界暂时无法知晓。</p>
<p> <strong>薪水已发至8月力帆有意聘卡帅</strong></p>
<p> 卡马乔确定下课后，足协给予其多少赔偿，也是外界非常关心的话题。据了解，<strong>万达支付卡马乔团队的薪水为半年一付。</strong>前段时间，万达刚刚支付了卡马乔团队到8月份的薪水。也就是说，<strong>如果现在与卡马乔解约，万达相当于提前预支了两个多月的薪水。</strong></p><p><p> 据了解，在双方谈判时，足协与万达方面都提及了提前预付的这两个月的薪水。若从这个角度来推测，足协对提前解约卡马乔的赔偿，不会比这两个月的薪水高太多。用这位知情人的话即为，<strong>“如果赔偿，足协的承受力在300万欧元左右，不可能超过400万。”</strong></p>
<p> 同时昨晚传来消息，<strong>重庆力帆有意聘请卡马乔，而一旦成行，这无疑帮足协解决了一大难题。</strong></p>
<p> <strong> 中方教练先顶上外教很快就到位</strong></p>
<p> 卡马乔走人，谁会接替主教练的职位同样是大家所关心的。这几天，足协高层在开会时主要商讨的便是卡马乔继任者一事。<strong>从目前的情况看，尤其是一个月后东亚四强赛就要开打，让熟悉中国队情况的教练上是最现实的。这样，本土教练很可能先补上卡马乔走人后留下的空缺。</strong></p>
<p> 昨晚在接受采访时，这位知情人士表示：“<strong>中国队最终请外教是肯定的，而且很快会到位。不过借鉴以往的经验，未来的中国队教练团队肯定实行外籍主教练加中方教练组组长的合作方式，就像米卢<a class="wt_article_link" href="http://weibo.com/u/1303599847?zw=sports" target="_blank">[微博]</a>当年与沈祥福搭档一样。这既保证了主教练的权威，也让中方教练尽可能地发挥作用。</strong>”</p></p>
