<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;">昨天是孙杨回归国家游泳队训练的第二天，国家体育总局游泳池也恢复了以往的平静。孙杨在泳池里不断地来回游着，临时主管教练张亚东则拿着秒表在岸边一路小跑，他打趣说，这块秒表是当年罗雪娟参加2003年巴塞罗那世锦赛时用的，如今又翻出来特意装上电池接着用。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 现在，张亚东的生物钟完全和运动员一致，昨晚10点，开完会才吃完晚饭的张亚东接受了快报记者的专访，头一回说出了自己能和孙杨合作愉快的绝招，“我不会拿自己的经历来告诉他一件事或者一个想法的对错，而是要他自己去听、去看、去想，形成自己的人生概念。”</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 用什么方法管？</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 以90后的方式去沟通</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> “上一次当教练为队员掐秒表，已经是五年前的事咯。”张亚东说，正式带孙杨训练，是从在香港封闭集训开始的，在这个特殊时刻充当“救火队长”，也是不得已的事。从浙江体育职业技术学院副院长这个行政岗位再次转变为一线教练，他最大的感受是：不光精神上累，体力消耗也很大。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> <strong> 这20多天里，作为教练的张亚东与孙杨的接触，比以往作为副院长时和他接触的机会和时间都要多得多，“孙杨这孩子，训练非常刻苦，对自己要求很高，只是生活上(有些能力)还比较弱。”张亚东说。</strong></p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"><strong></strong></p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"><strong> 这段时间，心里一有波动或者想法，孙杨就会主动找张亚东谈天，后者都耐心当一个倾听者，“90后孩子，困惑多，想法也多。我能做的就是从一个长辈、家长的角度去引导他。”</strong></p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 张亚东说，要改变一个人的思想不是一两句话就能说清楚的，必须要亲身经历过生活中的一些事，对孙杨也是如此，“如果不在他身边，我会用微信和他聊天，告诉他一定要多听多看多想。”</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 快50岁的张亚东懂得用90后的聊天工具和弟子沟通交流，这无形中大概也拉近了他与孙杨的距离。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 管到什么时候？</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 至少带孙杨比完全运会</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 中国游泳队将在本月23日启程飞赴巴塞罗那，但在大名单里并没有看见张亚东的名字，谈及会否跟着孙杨一同前去，张亚东表示：“我是学院的行政干部，放在教练员的位置上不太好。再者，我不是跟着孙杨去巴塞罗那，即便他不去，我也会以中国游泳队(官员)身份去前方。”</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 在公开场合，孙杨多次表达了希望和张亚东继续合作的想法，他也明确表示自己很喜欢张亚东的带训方式，至于以后的日子里，孙杨是重回朱志根门下，还是由张亚东继续带下去，游管中心尚无官方说法。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 张亚东也不愿在这个敏感的时刻对此多谈，他只是明确表示：“世锦赛，加上之后的全运会，我想我都会在泳池边指导孙杨。”</p>
