<p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 出征世锦赛在即，孙杨状态回升，他本人表示愿意和眼下的代理教练张亚东继续“牵手”下去，由此自然会产生一个疑问，朱志根与张亚东到底谁更适合孙杨？昨晚，奥运冠军、孙杨的师姐罗雪娟在接受本报记者专访时给出解读：“张亚东更慈祥，朱志根更严厉，孙杨无论跟谁练都要多和教练沟通搞好关系。 ”</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> <strong>“在我眼里他就是小朋友”</strong></p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 奥运冠军罗雪娟与孙杨都是浙江体育职业学院的优秀运动员，不同的是，罗雪娟出道较早，她是21世纪初中国女子泳坛乃至世界泳坛蛙泳项目的顶尖选手，2001年游泳世锦赛50米、100米蛙泳金牌获得者，2004年雅典奥运会女子100米蛙泳金牌获得者，在罗雪娟畅游泳池的时候，孙杨还是无名小卒。昨天在谈到孙杨时，罗雪娟说出的第一句话就是：“孙杨在我眼里就像小朋友一样。 ”</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 在谈到孙杨师徒矛盾时，罗雪娟对本报记者说：“<strong>我和孙杨都在一个队里，我也是看着他长大的，在我眼里他就是小朋友，有90后的个性这很正常，这两年我看着他出成绩也非常高兴，私下里他会跟我聊一些比赛的事情。这次和朱导闹矛盾大家都不愿意看到，我觉得孙杨无论跟谁练，都需要和教练多沟通搞好关系，有些东西说出来会更好，我们都希望看到他成长越来越好。</strong> ”</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> <strong>希望孙杨和张亚东能够碰出火花</strong></p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 孙杨目前的教练张亚东恰巧也是罗雪娟当年的教练，张亚东与孙杨磨合怎样，或许罗雪娟最有发言权，“我希望孙杨和张亚东能够碰出火花，因为他们彼此都非常了解也非常愿意在一起。 ”</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 罗雪娟回顾了张亚东执教时期的点点滴滴，“2002年开始担任国家游泳队副总教练，2004年雅典奥运会带我获得女子100米蛙泳冠军，2005年开始担任中国游泳队总教练。 2009年任浙江省体院副院长，一路走来张导的执教能力大家有目共睹，他从院长的工作回到泳池边应该没有什么问题，我觉得张亚东带孙杨非常合适。私下里我也观察了孙杨的训练，我觉得他的状态没有任何问题，冲击世锦赛势在必得，这次世锦赛我也将担任解说嘉宾去前方报道，我会多关注孙杨的。 ”</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> <strong>朱志根很严厉，张亚东更慈祥</strong></p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 眼下围绕着朱志根张亚东到底谁更适合孙杨的话题比较多，巧合的是，这两个人都带过罗雪娟，张亚东与朱志根有哪些相同点和不同点，他们对孙杨的成绩又有多大影响，昨天罗雪娟在接受本报记者采访时给出答案。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 罗雪娟对记者说：“他们的相同点就是非常敬业，非常认真，不同点主要在执教风格上，张导非常心细，举个例子，他的儿子生病了有时候张亚东都顾不上，母亲也常年有病，不过张亚东一心都扑在队员身上了，细到每个队员吃住训练情况他都要过问，就像慈父一般；朱导更严厉一些，而且更认真，他甚至都住在运动队里不回家，晚上队员要按点熄灯，他要检查队员归队情况，每天一大早他又挨个敲队员房门让他们起床训练，他更像‘严父’，我们都很尊敬他。 ”</p>
