<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" style="word-wrap: break-word; empty-cells: show; border-collapse: collapse; table-layout: fixed; width: 757px; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: Tahoma, 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px;"><tbody style="word-wrap: break-word;"><tr style="word-wrap: break-word;"><td class="t_f" id="postmessage_5016627" style="word-wrap: break-word; font-size: 14px;"><strong style="word-wrap: break-word;">关于拉球的关键技术-pinpin(博客乒乓网）</strong><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/>拉球对每个打球的人来说都十分重要。没有拉球你如何主动得分，特别是业余得球手。以下是我对拉球技术的一些理解，大家多指正。谢谢！<br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/>1.腰腿要结合好。腿蹬地进行重心转移，<strong style="word-wrap: break-word;">发力到腰</strong>。<br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/>2.多用身体控制进行拉球。如果你发觉自己是用手或多数用手在拉球，那你的拉球稳定性一定不好。在比赛中就更加的差了。<br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/>3.拉球时一定要向前“顶”。如果向后座，那就不好了。这一点就要注意好腰腿了。<br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/>至于击球点的问题我认为不要太关注，关键在于“身体”的感觉。这也是专业和业余的一个重要区分了。业余的基本上没有人可以拉出专业的那种速度和稳定性，这就是有没有用好“身体”。这里的道理和推铅球的一样，大家多体会。</td></tr></tbody></table>
