mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri">拉球讲究的是能量的传递,如何把能量最大限度地传递到球板上,是拉球的关键。从蹬地开始,转腰,收臂,动作只有流畅自然才能尽可能地减少在传递过程中的能量损失。所以整个连贯动作中要有序、放松、收臂要有爆发力。</span><span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri;mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri">正手拉下旋(以右手侧身反手位起下旋为例)</span><span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri">两脚开立略宽于肩,左脚在前,右脚在后,略屈膝下蹲,重心在右脚上,两腿连线基本与拉球目标方向一致。下旋来球出台开始下降时,拍面亮开,基本垂直与地面,如来球旋转强,拍面适当后仰,右脚蹬地,带动全身发力。蹬地将重心上拔肩部上顶(为了抵消下旋),同时转移到左脚(为了迎前吃球充分摩擦和增加回球动能),右膝盖内扣,是重心转移的一个细节。重心上提的同时,小臂收缩,手腕可增加摩擦球的小动作。个人觉得拍面亮开迎前吃球和右膝内扣是动作关键。</span><span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
