<div id="p_content" style="margin: 0px="0px" auto; font-size: 14px; line-height: 25px; font-family: SimSun; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); "><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: 宋体; word-wrap: break-word; text-indent: 2em; ">距明年4月苏州第53届世界<a class="show_tip" dataname="乒乓球" href="http://sports.people.com.cn/london2012/GB/244629/244669/index.html" style="color: rgb(42, 93, 156); text-decoration: none; ">乒乓球</a>锦标赛越来越近，苏州是继京、津、沪、穗之后我国首个举办<a class="show_tip" dataname="世乒" href="http://sports.people.com.cn/GB/31928/363264/index.html" style="color: rgb(42, 93, 156); text-decoration: none; ">世乒</a>赛的地级市。1961年北京第一次承办第26届世乒赛，中国队勇夺三冠，从北京燃起的<a class="show_tip" dataname="乒乓" href="http://sports.people.com.cn/GB/22155/22162/index.html" style="color: rgb(42, 93, 156); text-decoration: none; ">乒乓</a>热，迅速燃遍神州大地。半个世纪之后的中国，乒乓球项目成为民众参与度最高的<a class="show_tip" dataname="体育" href="http://sports.people.com.cn/" style="color: rgb(42, 93, 156); text-decoration: none; ">体育</a>项目之一，老百姓以挥拍参与大赛的形式，期盼苏州世乒赛的到来，国务院放开体育赛事审批的精神，更激发了企业办赛事的激情。为苏州世乒赛暖场的民间大赛——全民皆乒大赛，快乐乒乓网将组织108个城市的巡回赛，总决赛在苏州且最终大奖是观致汽车。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: 宋体; word-wrap: break-word; text-indent: 2em; ">今年以来，民间业余乒乓大赛高潮迭起，中国乒协的会员联赛、历史文化名城赛、斯帝卡等多家乒乓器材商的全国分站赛、“谁是球王”地方赛，各个行业系统乒乓赛、不胜枚举的企业冠名赛。有球迷快乐并抱怨，每周都有比赛，累的打不过来。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: 宋体; word-wrap: break-word; text-indent: 2em; ">今年的民间乒乓赛与往年有所不同，中国乒协已经正式宣布尝试推广积分制与段位制。比如“观致汽车杯全民皆乒系列大赛”就是面向全国108个城市业余乒乓球选手的个人积分赛。赛事历经“巡回赛、挑战赛、64强精英赛、总决赛4个阶段，通过层层选拔，在民间网罗草根乒乓球选手，最后民间高手云集苏州总决赛。积分赛是借鉴USATT（<a class="show_tip" dataname="美国" href="http://worldcup2010.people.com.cn/GB/187582/187642/index.html" style="color: rgb(42, 93, 156); text-decoration: none; ">美国</a>乒乓球协会）积分制度而产生的一种积分赛制，通过电脑程序化自动换算。积分制度用0-3000分的数值衡量运动员水平的一套计算系统。它只单纯地代表队员乒乓球实力的指标，分数越高表示实力越强。它不分男女及年龄按乒乓球技术实力评定积分，更能体现准确性和公平性。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: 宋体; word-wrap: break-word; text-indent: 2em; ">专家认为，业余民间比赛赛制上推行积分制，可以大力推动乒乓球运动在全国范围的发展。而民间草根乒乓大赛的奖品也升级到“奖”汽车，而非一般的乒乓器材、一般日用品，这在中国业余乒坛也算是开了先河，如果有更多跟进者，自然会刺激中国业余乒坛赛事更加红火。风借火势，火助风威，推行乒乓积分制并适时实施段位制，引导业余乒乓赛事更加规范公平可持续发展，让乒乓健身增加更多的运动人口，积分制不会让出学者轻易放弃，而草根赛事“奖”汽车的诱惑，也吊起了民间高分强手的胃口，企业赞助<a class="show_tip" dataname="全民健身" href="http://sports.people.com.cn/jianshen/" style="color: rgb(42, 93, 156); text-decoration: none; ">全民健身</a>公益事业的同时，也开拓出新的品牌营销渠道。积淀了半个多世纪的“国球”市场价值，需要深入挖掘，创造一个“多赢”的局面，让更多百姓分享快乐乒乓运动。（王继晟）</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: 宋体; word-wrap: break-word; text-indent: 2em; ">全民皆乒积分赛</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: 宋体; word-wrap: break-word; text-indent: 2em; ">“全民皆乒”积分赛是快乐乒乓网发起的面向全国的业余乒乓球个人积分赛。赛事历经“市一一省一一大区”三个阶段，通过层层选拔的方式，在民间网罗草根乒乓球选手，并于年底举办总决赛[1] 。从今年四月份起，已经有将近十万人次参加了这场规模宏大的赛事，大力推动了乒乓球运动在全国范围的发展。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: 宋体; word-wrap: break-word; text-indent: 2em; ">全民皆乒积分制</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: 宋体; word-wrap: break-word; text-indent: 2em; ">依照USATT积分规则，通过电脑程序化自动换算。积分制度用0-3000分的数值衡量运动员水平的一套计算系统。它只单纯地代表队员乒乓球实力的指标，分数越高表示实力越强。 </p><div class="zdfy clearfix" style="margin: 0px="0px" auto="auto" 10px; text-align: center; font-size: 14px; width: 529.2000122070313px; height: auto; overflow: hidden; word-wrap: break-word; word-break: normal; "></div><center><table border="0" align="center" width="40%"><tbody><tr></tr></tbody></table></center></div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"/>
