冠军已不能满足球迷 球员应该有个性

近日，国际乒联以标题为《胜利已经不是全部，刘国梁要培养队员个性》为题撰文报道，称中国男乒主教练刘国梁认为球员获胜已经无法满足球迷，必须要有自己的个性，以下是译文

　　问孔令辉，作为乒乓球大满贯冠军为什么作为女队主教练会很享受？孔令辉答到：“她们总是能赢球，如果有队员输掉比赛就是头版新闻。”

　　但是对于中国男队主帅刘国梁而言，仅仅赢球是不够的，刘国梁和孔令辉都夺得过大满贯，“随着时代的变化，金牌已经不能满足球迷了，你必须有自己的独特的特点，我们球员在这方面明显做的还不够，”刘国梁在接受China Daily采访时说到。

　　刘国梁：中国队员应该要有个性

　　在三年前陈玘被认为是坏孩子，在2006年亚锦赛上，奥运冠军陈玘与王皓在男双决赛中输了球，他摔椅子被队里处罚到偏远地区劳动改造，并接受军训，这个处罚被称作“治病救人”。

　　现在的陈玘被视为无坚不摧，但是总是面无表情。刘国梁认为在国际比赛中赢得金牌已经不再吸引中国球迷，他们希望看到的是运动员的个性。“中国乒乓球有50年的悠久历史和严格管理，它帮助中国队称霸世界乒乓球舞台。”刘国梁说到，“但是随着时代的改变，金牌已经不能满足球迷了，除了这之外，你必须需要表现出独特的个性，这方面我们的队员做得不是非常好。”

　　刘国梁震惊在一个月前的印度亚锦赛男团夺冠很少有人关注，”我没有想到在决赛中险胜日本这么精彩的比赛没有多少人关注，”刘国梁说到。刘国梁认为乒乓球之所以关注度降低，是由于队员缺乏个性造成的，他鼓励更多球员学习陈玘。

　　“陈玘在比赛中有些野性，但是球迷对他印象很深刻，我们会尽力帮助每一个运动员建立一个鲜明的个性，把这个形象雕刻在球迷心目中。”刘国梁说到。

　　为此刘国梁甚至将自己作为例子给大家解释，我作为第一个中国人，夺得了大满贯（世锦赛、奥运会、世界杯），但是给球迷最深刻的印象并不是我夺得大满贯，而是在我最艰难的时期，我削发明志。

　　不过，刘国梁对乒乓球作为中国的国球也比较谨慎，它诠释了集体主义和团体精神，所以球员必须尊重乒乓球的传统。“我们不能过度的用明星效应，中国乒乓球队是一个团队象征，我们从来没有提倡个人主义，现在不会将来也不会。”刘国梁说到。

Panic-stricken residents caught up in armed clashes along the Myanmar border have begun to return from China to their homes in Myanmar as the situation calms down, an unidentified official with the foreign affairs office of Yunnan provincial government said Sunday.
A large number of border inhabitants comprising both Burmese and Chinese fled into southwest China's Yunnan Province after armed conflict in Myanmar broke out last week.
The Yunnan provincial government had settled those fleeing the conflict and supplied accommodation, food and medical treatment in Zhenkang and Gengma counties in Yunnan, the official said.
Myanmar had apologized for Chinese casualties in the incident, thanked the Chinese government for its friendly treatment of Myanmar residents, and promised to protect the safety and legal rights of Chinese citizens in Myanmar, according to the official.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said Friday that China hoped Myanmar could properly solve its domestic issues and safeguard the stability of its border with China.
The conflict arose from confrontation between Myanmar government forces and an ethnic army in the Kokang area of Shan state in northeastern Myanmar. Kokang shares a border with Yunnan and has a population of about 150,000.
