<font size="5" style="word-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: Tahoma, 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun;"><strong style="word-wrap: break-word;">乒乓球运动员的运动损伤浅析</strong><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/>&nbsp; &nbsp; 从事业余训练的中、老年人群很多因为是业余锻炼的所以对乒乓球的一些基本技术还是了解不够,一个错误的动作一直重复使用甚至打了很多年球都一直用的是错误的动作致使他们的更容易发生运动损伤。一些业余训练的中小学生一般是少年儿童,此期间人的可塑性较大,兴奋与抑制的转换较快,疲劳易恢复,而且训练中一般运动量较小,运动损伤的发生率也较低。致伤的原因多因局部负担过重造成,多发生于训练中。一般少体校训练多以基本技术为主,为了使技术动作形成动力定型,重复练习较多,少儿时期肌肉耐力较差,某一部位负担过重即可能致伤,如在练习拉弧圈球技术时,常常一个练习就是几十分钟,造成腰肩部负担过重而导致运动损伤,此类损伤在少体校学生中较多见。&nbsp;<br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/>  不同打法的运动员运动损伤的部位不同&nbsp;<br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/>  快攻型打法的运动损伤占总损伤数的23.43%,运动损伤的发生多分布于上肢,其中肩部与腕、手部最多。因为快攻型打法的主要技术是正手攻球和反手推挡,都是以快为主,扣杀是主要的得分手段,也是突出一个“快”字,在扣杀中集中全身力量,通过臂、腕、手击球,具有很大的爆发性,整个手臂起到速度杠杆的作用,此时肩部承受力量最大,位置稍有不当就可能发生损伤。手腕的活动范围较小,但此时也以最大限度的极快的速度内旋(反手则外旋),如果腕关节灵活性不好或腕关节力量较差也容易发生运动损伤。</font><font size="5" style="word-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: Tahoma, 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun;"><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 削</font><font size="5" style="word-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: Tahoma, 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun;">球型打法运动损伤的发生占总损伤数的37.1%,多分布于下肢与躯干部,腰骶与膝部最多,削球型打法下肢的活动较多,且幅度较大,造成膝关节负担过重,常处于半屈位的膝关节在左右前后大范围的跑动中,呈现不稳定状态,损伤较易发生。削球型运动员还要利用转腰来获得回击球的时间和空间,这时如果腰部的柔韧不好,或对抗击群用力不协调也能导致运动损伤。&nbsp;<br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/>  弧圈型打法运动损伤的发生占总损伤数的39%,损伤多分布在上肢和躯干部,腰部与肩部最为多见。运动员拉弧圈球的质量高低很大程度取决于腰部肌肉用力的大小,握拍手同侧的腰部肌肉力量较弱或伸展性较差,&nbsp;&nbsp;都可能引起腰扭伤。接弧圈球时,手臂的动作是以肩为轴,以大臂带动小臂,此时肩关节是负担过重是造成肩部运动损伤的主要原因。&nbsp;<br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/>  乒乓球运动损伤的多发部位为腰部,肩部和膝部。调查资料表明,乒乓球运动损伤以腰骶部为最多。约占全部病例的三分之一。在乒乓球运动中,人体始终要保持上体前倾的状态,在此时人体后方的棘上韧带始终保持上体前倾的状态,骶棘肌也长时间处于收缩紧张状态,许多运动员在运动结束或又不注意放松腰骶部,致使局部过度疲劳,以致积劳成损。在乒乓运动中,几乎每一次击球,都离不开转腰这个动作,而这些腰部活动多以大肌肉群为主,大肌肉群一般远比小肌肉群难“动员”,准备活动不充分,大肌肉群的惰性尚未克服,也是造成腰部运动损伤的一个重要原因。&nbsp;<br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/>  肩部运动损伤的发生率仅次于腰骶部,约占总病例数的四分之一。乒乓球的击球动作大多以肩为轴,因此对乒乓球运动员握拍手臂的肩关节灵活性要求较高,肩关节灵活性不好较易受伤。肩关节长期磨损,肩峰韧带和肱二头肌长头在整个过程中几乎从来本能得到休息,因此常损伤伴有发炎,如果不注意调节运动量及时治疗,有的就变为慢性炎症,这是肩部运动损伤较多的重要原因。&nbsp;<br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/><br style="word-wrap: break-word;"/>  膝关节也是运动损伤的多发部位。在乒乓球运动中,人体在不停的跑动中,膝关节始终处于半屈位,此时关节前十字韧带绷紧,膝关节两侧副韧带松弛,关节处于不稳定状态,乒乓球击球动作要求身体重心不停地转换,腿部不停地内外旋转,膝关节即不停地承受着向两侧的力的作用,若是膝关节力量薄弱,在急促改变体位和失去重心时,都容易造成膝关节两侧副韧带的运动损伤。</font>
