<font face="Verdana">一般用来回击落在左半台的来球，与反手推挡、正手攻球结合，能加强攻势，取得更多的主动权，但反手攻球因受身体妨碍，攻球力量不如正手大。</font>

<span style="color: rgb(48, 48, 48); font-family: 宋体; line-height: 25px; background-color: rgb(245, 248, 253); ">　为了吸引眼球，提高比赛观赏性，中国女乒主教练孔令辉早前就规定，从2014年开始队员们将统一穿裙装参加比赛，以此全面展现女运动员的风采。而就在前天，女乒专属裙装打造完毕，队员们首次进行了试穿训练。</span>

乒乓球表面上看是手的运动，但对步伐的要求是很高的，讲速度、讲爆发力、讲打球的过程，也是不断奔跑的过程，腿的运动是不必说的了，还要求腰的力量，并且这些肢体运动的方向、形式、力量又各有不同，有的要求外展，有的要求内收，有的必须伸直，有的最好弯曲，有的轻轻一点，精在控制，有的全力突击，胜在力量。
