The first days in Ostrava have passed by and the team competitions have brought their first Youth European Champions 2013.
As well on the cadet girls' side as on the junior girls' side gold went to the TIBHAR teams from Romania.
Bernadette Szocs and Co won 3 to 1 against the DTTB selection. The cadet girls won 3 to 2 in finals against another TIBHAR sponsored team, the French selection. Bronze went to the cadet teams of Croatia and Serbia and to the Russian team for the junior girls.

The junior boys from the Italian Team surprisingly won the EC title.
They managed to beat the favorite team from France on an non-appealing score of 3 to 1. It is a real pleasure for TIBHAR that the two new European Champions from Italy, Leonardo Mutti and Alessandro Baciocchi are TIBHAR sponsored players.
Congratulations to our players for their great successes.

The German Team with TIBHAR sponsored player Florian Schreiner lost the semi-finals against the French team. The second bronze medal went to Poland. Two TIBHAR Teams reached the finals on the boys' cadet side, but the Romanian (against Slovenia) and the French (against the Czech Republic) were defeated.

The Czech won the title on a score of 3 to 2. Ostrava left a very good and positive impression.

The playing level is high and one can rejoy and look forward to the individual matches starting today with the mixed.
