<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; 每个人都有一颗“冠军心”，哪怕是在市民乒乓赛的舞台上。昨天，新民晚报“红双喜”杯迎新春乒乓球公开赛收官，各个组别共决出了20个冠军。在这些“草根乒乓达人”中，多数是平生第一次夺冠，他们表示：“这是一生中最珍贵的记忆”。</p>

<p>7.5公斤的铁拍子</p>
3 k! ^( w7 O9 r- [<p>　　58岁，陆剑影首次登上了上海市级比赛的冠军领奖台。“我第一次参加新民晚报乒乓赛就得了初级A组的第一名，有些意外。”把拍子装进包里，老陆回了回神。</p>
* ?6 \- ]( x8 T# k, p% g<p>　　儿时的记忆，总是真真切切。“我小时候就喜欢打乒乓，不过从来没接受过专业训练。”世界上最怕的就是认真二字。十八岁，陆剑影成了上海第三钢铁厂的炉前工。“当时每天都在钢水旁作业，又苦又累。尽管如此，我依然放不下乒乓球。”那时的陆剑影人很瘦，“怎么能把手臂力量练上去？”他发愁。</p>
<p>　　一天，陆剑影灵机一动，自己动手做了一个“铁拍子”。“一称分量，足足15斤重。”大功告成，他就拿着这个拍子天天练，肌肉越来越结实。后来，他参加南市区职工乒乓赛，其他选手都成了他的手下败将。</p>
- J2 M* Z0 F! z2 M; `' [<p>　　工作调整，老陆去了学校，还当上了小头头。“事情越来越多，不得不放下拍子。”可老陆没想到，这一放拍子就是25年。“52岁那年，我才重新拿起拍子，生活像是重新找到了起点。”</p>

沈阳北方乒乓球俱乐部奖励方案<br/>2013年1月开始执行<br/>一、以当月本俱乐部获得发帖奖励名次为准。<br/>二、当月发帖者在俱乐部发帖排名前1-5名者有得奖的资格，奖励名额由奖励名次的上一名次和下一名次的帖数计算决定。<br/>三、奖励额度由获奖名次的总额与获奖人数+1等额份相等。<br/>四、一等奖为获奖名次的总额与获奖人数+1的N分之一。<br/>五、二等以下奖每等按一等奖的发帖和百分比递减。<br/>六、发帖者的发帖数不能决定上一名次和下一名次者该奖名次空缺。<br/>七、邮费按比例自付。
