">挑球的特点：</strong></p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 28px; line-height: 1.7; ">挑球是指在台内通过前臂的发力将球快速准确的回击到对方球台上，一般在接发球时使用。挑球有动作小，出手突然等特点。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 28px; line-height: 1.7; "><strong style="word-wrap: break-word; ">挑球适用情况：</strong></p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 28px; line-height: 1.7; ">并不是所有的来球都适合使用挑球来回击，挑球主要用来回接下旋类台内短球或是台内不转短球，来球较快的上旋球不宜采用挑球予以回球。 如何挑球：</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 28px; line-height: 1.7; ">1.上臂靠近身体，身体重心略前倾，手腕放松。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 28px; line-height: 1.7; ">2.看准来球，在球高点期，判断球的旋转选择击球点，如果是上旋球则靠手腕快速抖动击打球的中部，如果是下旋球则撞击球中后部，为了避开强下旋，可以选择击球的中后侧部，最后根据挑球线路选择向前上发力或是前上侧方发力，在发力过程中以小臂发力为主。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 28px; line-height: 1.7; ">3. 击球后要注意球拍略往前压，在击球过程中要注意手腕的运用，击球过程中一定要包住球，否则回球容易下网或出界。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 28px; line-height: 1.7; "><strong style="word-wrap: break-word; ">挑球时注意事项：</strong></p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 28px; line-height: 1.7; ">1. 台内挑球时要注意摩擦与击打的比例。摩擦多了会影响球的速度从而降低了挑球突然性，但也会增加回球的准确性，在练习挑球时可以根据水平逐渐提高击打成分。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 28px; line-height: 1.7; ">2.在比赛中，挑下旋球时主要挑斜线为主，主要是选择击球点为球的中后侧部，这样可以避免强下旋，从而提高回球的命中率。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-bottom: 20px; text-indent: 28px; line-height: 1.7;
