长胶的接球必须有三要素

<span style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体, Arial, Narrow, serif; line-height: 21px;">&nbsp;各位打长胶的朋友不会不知道打长胶最怕对方发的什么来球吧？以直拍长胶为例个人感觉几乎怕的是左侧上旋奔球与右侧上旋奔球了。为什么会有这样的情况呢？个人认为还是站位于拍型的原因我总结下：看来球的站位而定，如对方发球的第一跳在对方的底线则来球就是己方的底线球，这种球几乎是奔小上旋的球速度快，处理方法己方一定要靠后站40到50&nbsp;</span><br style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体, Arial, Narrow, serif; line-height: 21px;"/><span style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体, Arial, Narrow, serif; line-height: 21px;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 公分的距离为好，这样才有击球的空间与击球的时间差。还要看对方来球的性质（如是左侧上还是右侧上）来决定长胶手的拍型{这里所说的拍型是至关重要的}我讲的拍型是偏左还是偏右的问题，我想很多长胶手吃亏估计就是吃在拍型没去调整的原故吧，只知道来球是上旋能切一板或者磕一板就没事了，其实不然呵呵！长胶要想反旋转而更不会吃转的话首先还是要调整好我所是说的偏左与偏右的拍型问题。例：对方左侧上旋来球，长胶的拍型肯定是偏右。对方的右侧上旋来球，长胶的拍型则是偏左。然后在决定是切啊还是磕啊，带、推等等。例下旋来球几乎也是一样的有分左侧下旋与右侧下旋，至关重要也是用拍型来调整左与右来拱，攻，打，撩等等。</span><br style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体, Arial, Narrow, serif; line-height: 21px;"/><span style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体, Arial, Narrow, serif; line-height: 21px;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;长胶接发球的轻与重都在个人手感的记忆里&nbsp; 别一味的用一种力去接球&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><br style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体, Arial, Narrow, serif; line-height: 21px;"/><div><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体, Arial, Narrow, serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px;">&nbsp;在下认为：长胶的接球必须有三要素一借转二借力三发力</span></div><span style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体, Arial, Narrow, serif; line-height: 21px;">&nbsp; &nbsp;1借转：要提前预判好对手来球【左右上下】旋转的强度，及时调整好拍型【主贴文章里】加以处理。</span><br style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体, Arial, Narrow, serif; line-height: 21px;"/><span style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体, Arial, Narrow, serif; line-height: 21px;">&nbsp; &nbsp;2借力：要提前预判好来球的弧线与来球的力度 在这里所强调弧线是至关重要的&nbsp;</span><br style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体, Arial, Narrow, serif; line-height: 21px;"/><span style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体, Arial, Narrow, serif; line-height: 21px;">低弧线与高弧线借力的击球时间差是有所不同的 我想打长胶的都深有体会借力里其实还有卸力的成分。</span><br style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体, Arial, Narrow, serif; line-height: 21px;"/><span style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体, Arial, Narrow, serif; line-height: 21px;">&nbsp; &nbsp;3发力：要点是提前预判来球的上下转与不转球及时调整拍型加以进攻。</span>
